I was a bit cautious and kept an eye on the tracking just to be safe, but thankfully it showed up right on time. No issues with the delivery.

I had an issue with my order dealing with support was just frustrating. They kept sending these super short replies that didn’t really answer anything, and I never got a clear explanation or an actual fix. It kind of felt like they were just hoping I’d get tired and drop it. After waiting around and going back and forth, I’m disappointed

The blade got rough fast, like way faster than I expected. And keeping it clean is more work than I thought it would be, honestly. Just kind of disappointing overall.

I liked being able to pick the finish and tattoo design, and there were some cool choices. That said, a few of the options felt limited, and the preview was just okay. I really wish it showed the details more clearly before ordering. Also, the whole thing came at a bad time for me, so having to go back and double-check everything because the preview wasn’t super helpful was kind of annoying.

I’ll admit I’m kind of picky about knives, so maybe my expectations were a little high, but I ordered this Deejo thinking it would be ready to use right out of the box. Unfortunately, the blade on mine was really dull and struggled with basic cutting unless I put a lot more pressure than I should have needed to.

For what it costs, I personally expected a sharper edge from the start. Having to sharpen a brand-new knife right away was frustrating, especially because that’s not something I think you should have to do with a knife in this price range.

It does look good, and I can see why people like the style, but to me a knife has to perform first. Based on the one I received, I’m not happy with it and I wouldn’t buy it again

The knife itself is really nice, so no complaints there. What annoyed me was getting charged and then not hearing much when I needed help. I emailed support twice and only got a short reply about a week later, with no real update in between. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating

I’ll admit, the knife looked really nice in the photos, so I was expecting it to feel a bit more premium in person. But when mine arrived, it felt surprisingly light and kind of flimsy, and I noticed a few small marks on the finish right away.
After using it a handful of times, the blade already didn’t seem to hold its edge very well, and the handle just doesn’t feel very solid. For the price, I was hoping for better... i’m disappointed.

I might be a little picky about design, but this really wasn’t for me. It looks kind of cheap in person and the whole layout feels too cluttered for my taste.

I tried using it on my phone and it was frustrating. The menus kept freezing, and the checkout process was way more confusing than it needed to be. They make it sound like everything is going to be simple and smooth, but that feels like one of those vague promises that doesn’t actually hold up when you’re trying to place an order.

The knife showed up in a crushed box with barely any padding inside, which made a bad first impression. It just felt kind of cheap and careless — not exactly what you want to see when opening something with a blade in it, you know? Definitely not what I was expecting

I ordered this sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and the engraving came in with the name spelled wrong. Kind of disappointing because that was the main reason I bought it.

This is a nice little knife and it literally feels solid in hand. The price seems fair for what you’re getting, although the shipping cost was a bit higher than I was hoping for. Overall though, I’m happy with it

I was thinking a Deejo knife would make a cool gift, but the whole process ended up feeling more stressful than I expected. The site makes it look easy, but once I got into choosing the size and design, I wasn’t really sure what would actually show up or if the person would even like it.
For a gift, I want something that feels simple and safe to pick, and this felt way too personal to guess on. I also tried emailing with a question and the replies felt like robots answering emails instead of a real person, which didn’t help. I probably wouldn’t order one again as a present.

I ordered this two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to show up. What makes it more frustrating is that every time I contact support, I get what feels like the same copy-paste response with no real update. Just wish I had a clear answer on where my order actually is
